QUICK REVIEW: Burberry Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base 01 Nude Radiance

Hello everyone! Today I’ll be sharing a quick review of the Burberry Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base. It is a lightweight liquid product that really gives you that lit from within glow that is still visible through even matte foundation. The picture below is of the LE holiday packaging but this product is part of the permanent range (with the signature charcoal coloured lid.)

Burberry Make-up - Festive 2015 Collection - Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base - Nude Radiance No.01From Burberry.com: The whisper-light fluid illuminates the complexion, resulting in the Burberry glow. The 55% water-infused primer glides across the skin with incredible ease and hydrates instantly. Its blend of mirror-flat intense reflection pearls help to blur minor imperfections for a shimmer-free, youthful luminosity. The formula can be used in multiple ways:
-Apply to nude skin or under foundation to illuminate
-Blend into eye shadow, creating a glowing wash of transparency
-Smooth onto cheekbones, the bridge of the nose and the Cupid’s bow to highlight
PROS: Even through high coverage foundations, your skin still looks ethereal and full of life. The glowy effect is natural. Very lightweight and easy to use.
CONS: A bit pricey at $54 CDN, however I have not found a comparable alternative that is less expensive.
Would I Repurchase? Definitely during a VIB Rouge sale. You use so little however that I’m fairly certain this will last me for at least a year with semi-regular use (if not longer.)

The Burberry Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base in 01 Nude Radiance ($54 CDN) is available now at Burberry, Burberry.com, Sephora Square One, Sephora.com, and at select Hudson’s Bay stores.

Have you tried the Luminous Fluid Base? What’s your primer of choice? Let me know! Thanks so much for stopping by!
